-234- Lopsided Cornbread


Every Wednesday at work during this fall/winter season, we have had people (who volunteer, of course) bring soup to share for lunch. We usually have cornbread or crackers to go with it, and tonight I made the cornbread for tomorrow's lunch. Unfortunately, our oven cooks unevenly and hotter than it should, so this is what happened when it was in for 3 minutes less than the minimum time the box said was required to have it cooked all the way. I knew our oven was wonky but this really was a wake up call as to how off it is!
