Justin and I took a drive today to meet a couple of friends at In-n-Out, now that they finally are in Texas. The line was ridiculous, but the customer service was great so it actually moved pretty quickly. Of course, the food was delicious. One of the best things about their food is that it is so fresh. This picture is of the huge trailer of food that they have in their parking lot because they don't even have freezers - that's how fresh their food is! I bet they use the food in one of these trailers each day. Until another restaurant is near here, they are sure going to need it.
