-96- Mysterious Styrofoam Bite
Justin and I went to Bahama Buck's tonight after dinner as a sweet way to beat the heat.
After several minutes of enjoying our delicious shaved ice, Justin suddenly says, "Did you bite my cup?!"
Bewildered, I simply reply, "What?!"
He says, "There's a piece of my cup missing," and turns the cup so I can see this missing piece from the lip of his styrofoam cup. This was surprising since we both thought the cup was intact when he got it.
I thought it was really funny, because it really does look like someone took a bite out of it. I wonder what happened?

I bit the cup. I didn't think anyone would notice.
ReplyDeleteI actually do often bite my styrofoam cups, but I would never bite someone else's!
As for what happened, I have several theories and I don't know which would be ideal for Justing:
A) Justin unknowingly bit the cup and consumed styrofoam along with his shaved ice
B) Someone (or something) else bit the cup before he got it
C) The bright yellow flavoring is actually radioactive and the cup slowly disintegrated as Justin ate from it
D) I did, in fact, take a bite from it and I was lying when I said I would never eat someone else's cup
Btw, I've never actually been to Bahama Bucks. How was it?
Bahahah. I'm going to choose... selection D.
ReplyDeleteIt was SO good! The flavor I got was called Strawberry Colada and it was like strawberry coconut. They also put this cream stuff on top which makes it even yummier. Justin's banana one was super yummy as well (although, as you suggested, possibly radioactive).
Haha.
ReplyDeleteThat does sound good! I've never had a snow cone with cream, but Cajun Cones puts cream on some of theirs.
These things always have abnormally bright colours, but they tend to still be pretty tasty.
